Rules and Regulations

  • This contest is applicable to TVS Apache owners only.
  • TVS Apache to be visible fully/partially in the photo.
  • The contest period will be from 21st November to 8th December 2023.
  • The top 10 shortlisted entries will have to display their custom Apache at TVS Motosoul 2023 and the winner will chosen by TVSM at TVS MotoSoul.
  • The photograph has to be an actual picture shot on a mobile, DSLR, or action camera.
  • The photograph should not be plagiarized. In case of any dispute, the owner has to produce proof of ownership of the picture.
  • For any photograph, the participant is responsible for picture setup, arrangements, safety and money spent.
  • The winners chosen will be purely at the discretion of TVS Motor Company.
  • Keep following the official TVS Apache Series Facebook and Instagram handles for contest-related announcements.
  • TVSM reserves the right to withdraw/modify/add/alter any of the terms and conditions of this contest
  • Shipping, logistics and any other costs involved in customising and displaying the vehicle are not covered by TVSM
  • You can submit entries under one or more categories.
