About the place:

Jammu is the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Cited as the steaming hot place compared to the rest of the state, Jammu dubs itself as the ‘city of temples’. Few of the temples are historically significant, and for foreign tourists there's little pressing need to hang around after making transport connections to Amritsar, Srinagar or Dharamshala. With several appealing sights to visit, Jammu remains a good start for the upcoming adventure.

About the place:

As you cross the picturesque and enchanting Jammu, you will reach the summer capital, Srinagar. Ringed by an arc of green mountains, Srinagar's greatest drawcard is the mesmerizingly placid Dal Lake, on which a bright array of stationary houseboats and shikara add a splash of colour. With the old town bustling with fascinating Central Asian-style bazaars, a collection of soulful Sufi shrines and many historic wooden mosques, Srinagar is a place not to be missed.

Itinerary of the day:

We start our journey after an early breakfast. Gliding through an array of nature's canvas and skyline dotted with ancient temple spires, we will reach Srinagar at 5:00 PM and will settle for an overnight stay.

Encompassing a visit to the beautiful places adorned with lofty snow-capped mountains, lush greenery and experiencing Gondola Ride, Sledging, Skiing (weather dependent) at Gulmarg, we shall return to Srinagar. We have dinner and halt for an overnight stay at Srinagar.

Our journey from Srinagar to Kargil is through the spectacular Zoji La (11,575 ft.), a mountain road pass with stunning and breath-taking views. The name Kargil is said to be derived from the words Khar, meaning castle, and rKil meaning "centre". Kargil denotes a place between many forts, a central place where people could stay".

Itinerary of the day:

The day begins with a sumptuous breakfast at 8:00 AM. We will travel through the long, rugged and winding route before we will halt for a while at Drass for lunch. We will reach Kargil by evening and settle at the hotel for an overnight sojourn.

Leh - the city of dreams, the dream destination of every biker in India and even around the world. People take on an arduous journey of many hundreds of kilometers to reach here. Situated on the snow-clad fringes of the Himalayan Mountains, Leh offers its visitors the chance to experience the magical charm of the Himalayas.

Itinerary of the day:

After an early morning breakfast, we will embark on our ride from Kargil with a visit to the kargil war memorial, to Leh through Lamayuru, Mulbek, Namika La and Fotu La which offers a mesmerizing view of natural beauty. We settle for a leisurely evening followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the incredible mountain town, Leh.

About the place:

We head out for the local sightseeing of Leh City. The mesmerizing beauty of the place shall captivate your mind. The Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara fills one’s senses with wonder. The confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers will leave the beholder awe-struck swooning in ecstasy. Leh also offers dozens of shopping options.

Itinerary of the day:

We shall visit some picturesque places in the charming town of Leh and around. We head back to the hotel for a leisurely evening. Later, we will go to the local market for some shopping and return to the hotel for an overnight sojourn.

Leh to Nubra Valley with difficult terrain

About the place:

Nubra valley, popularly known as Ldorma, situated between Karakorum and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas, is a high-altitude desert. The view of the valley is breath-taking. Nubra is home to mountain yaks, Hanle observatory, Diskit Monastery and much more. The beauty of this valley leaves visitors spellbound.

Itinerary of the day:

After breakfast, we gear up for our ride to Nubra Valley. En-route we cross Khardung la, the highest motorable pass in the world and small stop at Khardung Village for lunch. We then ride to Diskit and directly head for Hunder Village to experience the Camel Ride. We head back to Diskit for an overnight stay.

About the place:

Wonderland of Turtuk, an unknown little hamlet, flanked by Nubra on one side and Baltistan on the other, lies along the shores of Shyok River. It is the last northernmost village. While time has not touched the exquisiteness of this place, the friendly nature of its residents is hard to miss. The calmly-flowing Shyok River is home to more than 4000 people.

Itinerary of the day:

We start our day with breakfast at 8:00 AM and head out to Turtuk, a tiny and serene village. We relax at Turtuk absorbing the sublime scenery. We shall witness the Siachen Glacier visible in the horizon from the top of the village. Finally, we ride back to Diskit and settle in for dining and an overnight stay.

About the place:

Pangong is perhaps the most beautiful lake in all of Asia. It is also known by the name Hollow Lake and is the highest saltwater lake in the world. The crystal-clear saltwater creates an illusion that gives effect as if the lake is changing colour, a vision seen nowhere else. With mountains in the backdrop, it's a sight that even the Gods would find enchanting. The first glance of this alluring lake is enough to leave a lasting impression on your mind.

Itinerary of the day:

We begin our day with an early morning breakfast post which we head straight to Pangong Tso. We visit the ancient Diskit Monastery and Pangong Lake. After a pit stop at Durbuk Village for lunch, we continue our journey. Later, we set up a bonfire at the campsite, relish dinner together and settle in for an overnight stay.

About the place:

Tso Moriri Lake in the Changthang region of Ladakh is one of the most beautiful, calm and sacred (for Ladakhis) high altitude lakes in India. Picturesquely located in the breathtakingly beautiful Rupshu Valley, the lake is less than 250 kilometres southeast of Leh. While the reflection of snow-clad mountains immersed in the pristine lake calms one’s soul, the exotic flora and fauna around the majestic lake will make one fall in love with this magical place.

After breakfast, we begin our journey to Tso Moriri Lake, perched atop a whopping height of about 4000 metres above sea level. We then ride to Karzok for dinner and an overnight stay.

About the place:

Sarchu, also known as Sir Bhum Chun is a mesmerizing abode nestled in the Desert Mountains. It is a beautiful and very raw place on the river side of Tsarap Chu River. It is known as one of the major halt points for an overnight stay for adventure enthusiasts. This is a camping site where one can spend a night under a million stars.

Itinerary of the day:

We start our journey on the Leh-Manali highway to reach Sarchu by evening. It’s a ride through a remarkable scenery that will remain embedded in memories till eternity. After a pit stop at Pang for lunch, we continue our journey to Sarchu, where we settle for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we gear up for the ride from Sarchu to Manali. The beauty and magnificence of the place will captivate your mind, making the 7-8 hours ride to Manali, unforgettable for a lifetime. On reaching Manali by 7:00 PM, we will enjoy the Gala Dinner and halt for an overnight stay.

It’s a day to rest, unwind and relax in the lap of nature at Manali. This quaint town is sure to get the visitors mesmerised by its allures. We get together at a cafe at Old Manali located amidst an ambience that is sure to soothe one’s mind. We shall treat the taste buds with some lip-smacking and delicious food. Also, spend some quality time and enjoy our overnight stay at the hotel.

Manali Local Sightseeing

Itinerary of the day:

We embark on a ride to explore some untouched places at Manali. The colourful meadows, cascading waterfalls, gurgling streams, ancient temples and monasteries give this town the allure of a fairy-tale setting. We shall visit the Hidimba Devi temple. The magnificent shrine offers picturesque views to visitors. Then, we ride to Vashisht, a small village located across the River Beas and witness the Vashisht temple. Then, we head to Jogni Falls which is breathtakingly beautiful. Later, we ride to Mall Road, renowned for its street shopping adventure that has a lot of things to draw visitor’s attention. After the heart-warming exploration with the racing machine, we shall rest in the hotel for the night.

This city offers fascinating places like Rock Garden - an epitome of creativity and innovation, Sukhna Lake - a beautiful man-made waterbody and Capitol Complex - a masterpiece of monumental architecture to visit.

Itinerary of the day:

We head out at 9:00 AM to our last stop, Chandigarh. The unfathomable beauty of the scenic landscapes will make the ride undoubtedly worthwhile. On our way, we pit stop at Bilaspur for lunch. On reaching Chandigarh, we will go shopping at the local market. Finally, we halt at the hotel for the night.
