Inclusions

• Before you kick start your journey, there are items that you will be provided with such as luggage Tag, T-shirt, Ponchos, Safety gears, caps, Bike sticker, and Ride handbook.
• Riding Gear include Knee Guard and Riding Gloves.
• Riding Jacket can be availed on rent.
• Accommodation for all the nights at 4-star equivalent properties on Double sharing basis will be provided.
• All 3 meals in the entire trip (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) will be covered.( On Leisure days, only Breakfast will be provided )

Other arrangements:

• Basic medical backup will be available during the entire duration of the ride.
• In case of vehicle breakdowns, a backup vehicle will be provided for the entire round trip from Chandigarh (4*4 vehicle).
• Mechanic support will be available in case of vehicle problems.
• All inner line permits required during the journey will be organized.
• 2 Professional team captains and 1 Marshal for the entire trip from Chandigarh to Spiti Valley and back, will be present to facilitate a hassle free ride.
• GST and all other taxes are included.
• There is one buffer day just in case of a natural calamity. Whosoever is coming from any other regions, do inform them about booking their return journey from Chandigarh on 27th June or night journey on 26th June.
• Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alterations in the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being!

• Parking charges at locations during sight seeing will have to be borne by the rider.

We suggest that you carry just a few essential items which that will be of prime importance during the ride such as:

• Identity proof along with passport size photos.
• A rucksack of a minimum of 60L
• A day pack 15-20 l to move around with ease
• At least 2L of water bottle
• A backpack rain cover

Clothing should include:

• A sun cap and a woollen cap
• Riding Jacket
• UV protected sunglasses
• At least 1 pairs of inner thermals.
• A set of heavy woollens.
• 1 fleece jacket
• 1 warm jacket
• 1 pair of gloves
• At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable)
• 4 pair of socks (2 pairs of cotton and 2 pairs of woollen socks)
• 2 pair of shoes with good grip and insulation (anklets are preferable)
• Slippers or flip flops
• A towel
• A rain jacket or a poncho

Do's & Don't's​

Do's

• Always carry plenty of water as hydration is vital in high altitude conditions to keep you going. Carrying snacks and energy drinks is also mandatory.
• Do pack cotton wear, light woollens, strong walking shoes, sunglasses and other items in your backpack. A good sunscreen and moisturiser is also recommended as it will keep your skin protected.
• A First-aid box with all necessary medicines is another must-have in your bag. If you are on medication, do include them in the box as well. If you aren’t carrying one, do consider buying one and keep it with you at all times.
• Carry extra batteries for your camera and mobile phones as electricity in certain places can be an issue.
• While within monastery premises, do take permission of the monk or the person in charge before clicking pictures.
• Do ensure that you have all documents and permits required as certain attractions admit tourists with requisite permits only.

Don't's​

• Avoid wearing clothes such as skirts, sleeveless blouse or tops while travelling, especially in monasteries as it might offend their sentiments.
• Avoid consuming alcohol and smoking during the initial days of your trip. Besides, avoiding them completely can be good for your health and the trip.
• It is advisable not to carry plastic bags.
• The land is abundant with gorgeous flora and fauna. Do not harm or disturb them as you trek across the geographical and cultural landscape.
